Looking for plastic covers for the bolts on my balcony

I am looking for some plastic covers for the bolts on my balcony, like in the attached photos.
My balcony railing is bolted onto the balcony.
Each bolt meets the balcony in an 'upside-down T-Shape'.
The covers slide over the upside-down T.
The covers were not waterproof. I am looking for some replacements as some of the covers have gone missing. Can't help that as they're just slip-on covers and were probably blown off at some stage.
If I can find waterproof covers, that will be a bonus, but I will be happy to find any covers at all.
Can anyone assist?
The covers are only light, so I could potentially order from interstate or overseas and get a handyman to trim them.

I reckon if you went to a pool fence installer or a Powdercoater, they would put you on the right track for those.

I think they are called 'post base covers'. Having a look on the internet now.

you can try these people they have lots of bits and pieces. In the end you are going to have to find the 'brand' as it will be specific to what they use.

Some of the fencing places may be able to advice where to get them.

By the way they won't be water proof.
