Lost half my livestock the other night

Foxes?

I have to say that I am sorry about your chooks.
My first thought would be that it may have been a cat.
I lived in NW NSW for a while and the feral cats there hunted for pleasure.
Every night.
Now the neighbours Siamese tame well fed 'hunter' takes woodpeckers, and any other vulnerable bird. and there is nothing I can do about it.
I wish they would keep them indoors,
cheers

I thought I had lost half my animals the other day, then I found Oscar asleep in the TV cabinet

hehe . Taylor , our jack russell , does that every so often , but she manages to get herself shut in the pantry . One food driven dog .

Every so often , if we leave the door open , we might find one of our two in the linen cupboard , snuggling into the towels .

If you did that with our Golden Retriever you'd have twice as small towels as you started with, they'd just be smaller. He loves towels!
