Prepare to be spammed... for a while.

I got about 3 (of the same) DVDs and a whole lot of other junk for a few months, but it's stopped now. I think they give it a good go at signing you up then give up. You can't blame them for that I guess.

DVD was a bit painful I think but would have been good if I hadn't already read books and been to seminars on the subject.
 
i've been spammed twice weekly for the last 6 mths .................if only they had the remove me from the mailing list thingy on the bottom of their web page:rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
Have dealt with them for two IP's, and outcome was excellent.

Certainly some marketing issues & other issues that they are working on (with good need), but from a pure buyers agent role, couldn't fault them when I used them (approx 2 years ago).

Willing to give out a lot of good information for free, both DVD and seminars, that is a great help if you're only starting out.

But you do need to make sure you are comfortable yourself before acting, remember its their business for you to buy properties, so evaluate your own cashflow, etc.
