Median house price data

Hi,

Where can I get data on house prices that contains the following info by suburb (I'm after a full list of all suburbs rather than extracting this info suburb by suburb from the web):

Median House Price Dec 10 - Median Unit Price Dec 10 - % Change Over 5 or 10 Years

I got my hands on the REIV magazine which has exactly what I'm after but I need it in a electronic spreadsheet type format.

If you find a complete list make sure you share it, never found something that comprehensive online without a cost.

Use scanner at work to covert median house price data in REIV mag to pdf ... free
Use online OCR software to convert pdf to text ... free
Median house and unit prices in softcopy ... PRICELESS!

Where can I upload the source pdf files to as they are too big for this site? They are 120kb-170kb each.

Note:

* There were a number of OCR errors. I fixed the ones I found. If any figures don't look right check them against the pdf source files (which I have to upload somewhere)

you are aware median prices are useless for gauging anything except against other medians?
