We have entertained the thought of developing it ourselves. We don't have any development experience on this scale, so are doing the research to find out as much info as possible to assess the viability.
Does anyone know, approx how many townhouses or villas can fit confortable on a 6500 sq mtr site? or where can I find this info out?
What charges are associated with developing a property of this size? Is it local council that can development charges?
