Doing 2 x 3br dual occ's, plans /permits /finance all ok, but still need a good builder who understands realities of residential development (ie: we would all like to make some money one day, and want to build sooner rather than later); anyone recommended from experience?

I also have me own construction company that is building 4 similar projects currently. I don't use it for Metropole clients' projects as it would be wrong to ""project manage" your own company, but do work for developers like you
