buckerooni 8th Dec, 2009 #8 this has always intrigued me a little, was renting in north caulfield and noticed a high number of sales in the area were undisclosed. is it just a privacy thing? It sounds like these figures are still recorded so the non-disclosure of the sales have no impact on RE statistics...
