Why do you think 15-20 % is insane ? Current market conditions or it could never go up that much in a year ? If it's the the later , your wrong . In every cycle I've seen bigger rises than that in one year . almost 100 % in one year in later 80's .....sigh Current market conditions .. Dunno .. will check in a years time . I'm hoping over 10 % , but might be more. My personal experience is that predictions are usually conservative when the market is going up. Cliff
