Mixed zoned property what LVR/rate?

Hi all,

Was hoping for some help/advice.

On a mixed zoned property in Melbourne near city that is currently leased by boat sales company what is the max LVR I could get assuming full doc loan? Price expected to go for $1 million.

Property can be developed into resi apartments also in future but looking to get an idea of what i can expect LVR/rate wise. Have heard bansk dont have much appetite for these type deals at the moment??

If they dont, who are the best alternatives?
