Mortgage Broker - Tasmania

I Am based down here in Hobart, and was hoping anyone out there can point me in the direction of a good honest property broker, with an intimate understanding of the ins/outs of investment property and assessing equity in joint title structures by one of the parties (me).

You might have to try the big smoke... I have done a few deals for tasmanian properties from Melbourne, there is nothing that needs to be done face to face with your mortgage broker.

Or do a ring around. I know there a couple of big name franchisees there, like mortgage choice and aussie. After a couple of calls, or meetings you should be able to work out which particular broker is the most competant.
