Quick question. Looking at a property that has had an extension on the original property, long story short I have worked out a way to turn the front half into a 3 bedder and rear into a 2 bedder. Purchase price will likely be around the 300-350 mark and potential rent is $600+. Reading through the contract of sale there is a clause in the 'Planning Certificate' in Zoning and Land use. It states that the following may not be carried out without development consent and this includes multi-dwelling housing.
This means that I would obviously need development consent to rent this property out for dual occupancy?
