Funnily enough, they just announced some of the upcoming features in vBulletin v3.5, which should enter beta testing next month. There are some incredibly cool new features there which I think a lot of people will be very happy with (think: searching that works).

I like the inline moderation - particularly thread merging, we could use some of that here at Somersoft

AJAX is bloody good technology! (just look at Google maps)

And finally ImageMagick support to let people resize & reformat their images!

Yep, that's the way Somersoft works.
