ok I did some cutting and pasting on paint pretty rough, what does everybody think?

also added car garage for fun

Have been renovating inside this house and am very happy with what I have done with it.

The problem I have found with renovating is it is hard to stop!

Nothing is ever good enough and you are constantly trying to improve. So I don't want to over spend but want to maximise value of the house.

I had it tenanted for 4 or 5 years.

I had no problem finding tenants and getting good rent.

but always planned to live here.

started big inside reno have almost finished , now not satisfied with exterior .

Re colour schemes: definitely the muted white/grey rather than the custard yellow one.

What trade would be able to cut the arches and put in lintels?

Brick layer?
