I grabbed it yesterday on the iPhone 4. Very slick app, the augmented reality overlays of data on houses you're viewing through the camera is very cool.
The RP Data info only provides a range but it's normally within about 5% (ie $950k-$1M) so is a good starting point. I'll use it to get a feel for an area then logon to RP Data for a bit more fidelity of pricing.
