New NSW Planning Approach

Just an update all.

A Green paper has been released by the NSW Government which sets out the proposed new direction for the NSW Planning System. An overview paper sets out the information here Link

I am currently reviewing the 90 odd page Green Paper and I'll provide a bit of an overview for what it means to investors in a number of key areas including
1) Granny Flats
2) Complying Development
3) Small scale development eg New Houses
4) Townhouses etc
5) New industrial development
in coming days.

This is going to be a pretty big change, so I'll keep you updated as to what it means and the timeline etc.
