New posters

Idea from another bulletin board where I post.

My first 5 posts don't get sent to the board automatically, except I get a message that since I'm a new poster the post will be reviewed by a moderator before going to the board.

As well as canning first time spammers this could allow the threads to go their correct location as well.

Good suggestion ... will consider it, but it may fall into the "too much extra work" category (but that would be offset by less work cleaning up after first post spammers I guess).
