Driving home the other day, as I entered my suburb i notice a heap of the little carboard "Home Open" signs that the real estate agents use to direct people to the home open. This was on a week night and I thought it strange. Had a look on realestate.com.au and there was only one property for sale in the suburb.
Went back and had a proper look, they were all for the same agent and actually said "For Sale". Looks like he just leaves them there in the hope of getting more people to go past the property or for self promotion.
In my eyes it devalues the suburb making it look like lots of properties are for sale. Am i crazy?
Surely that has got to be littering? (i put them in the bin just to be safe)
