Currently building our fist house, thought it would be a good idea to get a private inspector to assess for any issues before Gyprock goes on. We now have a roof and Sparky and Plumbers are coming this week, so Gyprock in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
Does anyone know someone that is good? I used http://www.yourbuildinginspection.com/ for my house purchase in 2009 and he was great cause he was super picky (found at least one issue in every room, no matter how small) and gave me a thorough list. So I'll try him again if no-one else has a recommendation.
