[NSW]: Extra $7000 for relocating out main city ?

Does that means the property price in Wollongong area will be stagnant or going down as more people live further away for the incentive ?

If your in blue chip area I doubt 7k would Push any home owners out of the area

regional queensland also has a $10,000 boost right now I believe you can get it even if you have had the first homers grant but must be building or renovating substantially.

It's all Just smoke and mirrors IMHO
