Old building and strata scheme review

I notice that the apartment I inspected recently are approaching 10 years old and the strata schemes are required by law to have a 10-year sinking fund plan in place. Where can I get reliable information of the strata scheme? e.g. whether the current strata levies has been reviewed or to be reviewed? any sinking fund? when is the last checking and maintenance works done? and what is the nature and scale of the last maintenance work?
The real estate agent I am now dealing with are unreliable, I have no confidence about the information they give me. But I really like this apartment....

If you are serious, your solicitor/conveyancer can have the strata reviewed. Poke your nose into the building and check the notice board (in common area/possibly carpark or foyer). That will have the most recent minutes (use your camera to make copies).

Check when the last fire certificate was issued (compare that to when extinguishers/hose reels were last stamped).
