Anyone got any good primer sheets on the requirements for ground/1st floor dual occupancies? (one house into two). Lots of info easily available on party walls, and obviously the ceiling will have to meet the same fire requirements but not much info on the standard/simpler ways of doing this like their is with party walls..

Not legally separated but if you want to run the risk of voiding your insurance, check the gyprock website or the BCA.

If you have any load bearing walls - you will find it difficult.
