About the unit in O'Connor, it looks ok at first but check the following:
- it is most likely an old ex govvie aaprtment block. Which has a shared laundry, shared clotheline and insecure car parking.
Depending on the tenant, the shared laundry, clotheslines and insecure car parking is a big turn off - however if you are going for the uni student market then they may not care.
Someone has already mentioned about the size of this place. Make certain that it is >50 sq m, otherwise you may problems in getting finance. If it is an old ex govvie one bedrom unit then it may sit around 42-45 sq m.
O'Connor is a good suburb though and you won't be short of a tenant in that area (unless you price yourself out of the market). Don't make price comparison to the newer apartments in the area though.
