It was harder than I thought to clean it up - I have attached a "bare bones" starting point. I've done it from scratch so there's probably plenty of errors - but basically to give you an idea.

Hubby and I use GNUcash www.gnucash.org/

its free accounting software and shows the ins and outs of our money.... its handy because you can graph where your money is going (or not) over time
