Perth Area New Shopping Centre Developments

I think it would be worth looking at established areas that are rejuvenating/creating a main Street. Old Perth Road, Bassendean is one but I think the cheapest property/land I've seen is around $800,000. I'm not up-to date with Morley, but I think that would be worth looking into. Still reasonable prices. Ashfield is suppose to be creating a Main Street/Town Centre along Coulston Road and Pearson Street, parts Guildford Road. Sounds like its a long way off though.

Thanks for the tip, I'm gonna look into that. So far emailed all the councils and I'll share some info that I got for City of Wannero (PM for those interested, unless people want me to post here - some formatting issues when I copy/paste)

Contacted the councils...5 of them, 2 got back...City of Cockburn getting planning advice written for me. Can post details on developments for City of Wanneroo...

Just wondering is Wanneroo still part of Perth Metro? (I know its MASSIVE LGA) like Yanchep

It only feels like yesterday that hubby worked on an extension there, must be about 12, 13 yrs ago though!

It may be worth looking into these areas.

The bassendean shopping centre is undergoing a big 27 million upgrade and rejuvination by owners hawaiian so there may be some options there.

I reckon !! I come back to Bassendean to see the the folks after a year of being away and the shopping centre is a buzz with work and a new apartment block getting built opposite the shopping centre.
Not to mention Development of all the once Vacant blocks around the suburb.
