Perth houses prices on the way up

We were just pipped at the post with an offer this week. It seems there's still lots of people trying to buy but the properties being sought after are a very small subset of the market.

I guess if high end properties are what is selling at the moment, this would explain the rise in the median price, but not reflect an overall increase in the market.
