The final vote split in the 2010 election was 50.12% ALP v 49.88% Coalition.

Current polling suggests 47% ALP v 53% Coalition.

Can you imagine the shake up the duelopoly would get if all of a sudden the poles showed another 2 or 3 contenders? They'd s*** themselves!

What we need is a 3 or 4 party leader board here. The country votes for tweedle dee or tweedle dum and we struggle on for another few years with still people giving birth in waiting rooms and pensioners being too poor to feed themselves a nourishing diet. Etc etc.

More power to the Clive Palmers of this world! We need more top of the table parties to give them both a kick up the A*** ! Shock them into doing something real!
