With unlimited access to super fresh garlic ... I find the family fav pizza is a simple lashings of garlic and cheese - seconded by another simple fresh picked tomato and basil.

I work on the maximum 4 ingredients rule on pizzas.

Personal favourite is just sea salt, rosemary, tiny amount of cheese. Drizzle olive oil over as it comes out hot.
