Hi there
I was wondering if someone could recommend me a good property manager in the Christies Beach/Seaford area in South Australia.

I know what you mean.
I am currently with C21 but am looking elsewhere. I plan to check out some of the companies which specialise in property management too.
 
I would very strongly suggest you keep away from Sarah Wolter from Residential Letting Hallett Cove.

After having a dozen properties and dealing with many property managers Residential Letting are the biggest lying thieves I have dealt with.
 
I agree with with Peter, I am with LJ Hooker Christies Beach.


From previous experience I would keep away from Ad Prop and Residential Letting.

My PM in Christies

Standard Fees 7.7% incl GST. letting fee 2 = weeks rent, re-let = 1 week rent, $5.50 pcm sundry items.

of course all of that is negotiable ;)

Hi, I also would recommend Sara Carbone from Stephen Carbone RE. Hands on owners, they have "skin in the game". I think that means a fair bit.
