Pool maintenance / chemicals Q's

might have to give them one of those, that is a brilliant idea.....

In that case get some plastic pipe to a suitable length at the hardware shop and maybe a suitable pruning saw head at the same time. :D

Did it myself because a decent extendable pruning saw was expensive and the head of the cheapies comes loose.

I would consider removal though when the $$ and tenant turnover permits. We all loved the palm tree look, but they are maintenance nightmare with the seeds, fronds and the bat problem. Believe it or not palms spawned an industry to prune and remove them.

We love our pools, but I have the tee-shirt for tenants and pools too.:mad:

That's the stupidest part, every month the chemicals are approx only $10,

Maybe that's the stupid simple answer...

If the chemicals are $10 per month, and the tree causes to use an additional 5% chemicals, offer to pay the extra $6 per year for the chemicals.

Maybe make it $20 so it doesn't look like you are taking the pi$$.
