potential investment valuation

G'day
we are looking at a property in upper coomera (SE Qld) as an investment and wish to get a valuation prior to moving further. Can anyone recomend a valuer in the area/region?

Why not get your mortgage broker to order one for you.

With a couple of lenders we deal with we order the valuations on the banks behalf.

Another alternative is to find out who is on the panel of the lender you are going through and get them to undertake a valuation for you.

Should be able to then get it redone and assigned to your lender once you have gone to Contract.
