Looking for a PPOR for the family in brisbane for the 400-450k range...


Looking for North Side in order to be close to family as we need support due to medical reasons.

Wondering what suburbs are looking good for 5-10 year Capital Growth outlooks?

Clearly the $400k-$500k market in Brisbane is going nuts - can anyone comment on the $600k - $800k market?

Personally looking at developing a property in which resales would fall in this price range.

$600-$800k makes up a large part of our conveyancing practice now. Considering Land inside $5k is bottoming out around the $400k and well located 405m2 blocks are around $500-$550k most new builds of freehold houses are exceeding your price range.
