I'm looking at going down the track of converting my garage into (50% Game room 50% laundry room). I will do most of the work myself except for plumbing & electrical work. I have a rough idea of what I want & where I want things to be.
I need a draftsman & a private certifier to do the plans the guide me to ensure that all the work is structure sound.
has anyone dome these kind of project before?
and can you recommend a draftsman & private certifiers in the Campbelltown area.
