Proof of Rental Income for Self managed IP

Hi Somersoft,

Hopefully this is a quick/easy question.

What is the supported and recommended way for someone who self manages there IP, to have and supply proof of rental income? (for Tax, Loan and/or Insurane purposes)

At the moment, the money goes into my own bank account on a fortnightly basis. I don't think it's professional or required to print out my transaction account in this scenario whenever this information is asked.

A lease agreement is usually the easiest way to verify rental income.

Some bank statements showing direct deposits on a regular basis over say 3 months also suffice.
