I'm fairly sure you can get these from REIWA, if that helps any. The PM dept of some local Agencies might be able to share one also.

Alternatively you could try making your own up. Catch up with me sometime soon and I'll give you a sample one which you can photocopy a few times.

Sunstone, I assume he was asking about a PCR as opposed to a checklist. ie, the one you use before letting.

It outlines step by step how to rent out your property, from Bond administration to the rental agreements.

For $9.95 it's an absolute bargain, and it has some very handy forms in the back.
