property investment books worth reading?

Hey Somersofters, I really enjoy reading this forum in my spare time, I was wondering if anybody here knows any books I could be reading for property investment, strategies renovations ect, anything really but maybe a book you have read that you thought was quite useful.

As well as books I enjoy podcasts, 'everyday property investor' is a really good one with almost 100 episodes available, I do a lot of driving for work so find them a great way to kill time and get educated!
