Hmm, in reading this I remember an old mentor of mine who was a friends Father at the time. He owned a 40 bed hotel which I thought was great! And then I met him and got to speak for a while at a dinner. Turns out he has a portfolio of over $40 million dollars.. Blown away

The one thing he said to me was: Don't ever be afraid of good debt.
