Hi anyone could recommend some property management software for IP?

Anyone used POSH? Any review? Thank you.

I am going to buy my first IP. And found using a good PM software could be very helpful.
I saw a broker using some very good software. Cannot remeber the name but after doing some research found this POSH.

For the record, I've used Property Manager Pro for many years, and it suits me just fine.

Yes I also have used Property Manager Pro for many year. It does records & does everything that me and my accountant requires plus much more.
