Property-savvy accountant in Western Sydney?

Can anyone recommend a good accountant in Western Sydney (preferably Parramatta area) who will be able to do my taxes and also advise on a loan structure for future IP investing?

I think a few people on the forum use Munzurul Khan - met him at one of the Right group meetings. He used to work for a large firm before, and invests in property. He is based in Parramatta.

Sorry,sarcastic I know, you live in a world city so a small commute to someone specialised in your preference may be more beneficial than someone physically close?

Was about to recommend Munzurul! He does the accounts for most of the people in the office here and I've never heard a bad word! A couple of investors I've profiled had great things to say about him too.

No idea re: fees though.

Another Sydney-based (although not out West) is Shukri Barbara from Property Tax Specialists. Really knows his stuff.

Yes I use Munzurl. He has over 30 properties himself so knows the ins and outs of deductions etc.
I don't know what other people pay but I'm very happy with the service and price.
And I get a nice fat check every year. Off to Europe with the next one.

What do you guys mean by "property-savy" accountant?
I used to do my own returns untill year before and after suggestions from the members here, last year I used strategic wealth guys.
I have one Ip and going for second this year.

I did not get any value from them in terms of tax returns, as I got same if I would have done myself last year. only difference was they charge me 330 + 150 for IP.

What type of questions people ask to these "property-savy" accountants? how do they help you arranging your finances to get more returns? or they are only useful if one has complex finance setup?
