Could someone point me in the right direction to register a Pty Ltd.

Already have an ABN (sole trader 21yrs).

Most people get their accountant to do it but there are plenty of companies that do it.

I used the first link that evand provided. No hassle registration, took me about half an hour. You will get a new ABN and TFN when registering a company.
