QLD before and after

Happy to say that at least one of my property is now up and on the market ready to rent, now just one more property to tackle by the end of this year. Something positive in the midst of what I find as chaos

That said, the selling agent photos (on the bottoms) are very good, so it might not look like a big improvement.
Painted internal and external (westminster, supposed to be with the colour you suggested, but it seems to lost in translation ), polished floorboards, new kitchen, new laundry tub (not shown)

Zowie, Eva! The renos look fantastic, the new kitchen looks lovely,
you will have a rush of applications for sure, who doesn't want to live in a house with modern renovations like that? :p

Hi OP, it looks absolutely fantastic!

Mind if I ask how long did it take you and how much did it cost you?

It'll be tenanted in no time! :)

J, it took a month and a bit, though could be shorter if I'm more organized. PM take care of getting quotes and Tradies and she would have saved me at least $3k by sourcing different quotes.

The cost for this Reno is give or take $10k
- $3.3k painting
- $3k kitchen
- $2k floor sanding (including. Carpet removal and disposal)
- $400 for vynil in one room where the floor cannot be sanded
- $300 new laundry tub
- $300 for garage sheet (was missing one)
- miscellnonous for tidy up
Plus holding costs
