The Qld standard position as set by REIQ is a max 5% on the first $18,000 and 2.5% thereafter (correct me if I'm wrong)...what's the best you've managed to negotiate? I'm particularly interested in those who've sold in Brisbane or the inner city...i'm not selling anytime soon, just curious as today I received a letter from the agent we purchased from offering to on-sell it for 1.99% + GST, a saving of about $2,500 if we were to sell...
I would have thought you could easily get an REA down to this rate? Experiences? anyone got them to go lower?
