While I was searching at ATO website 2 years ago, I found a link. I have used them since them for my 4 IPs including Qld & NSW. Never met him, just a phone call or email, then, I got report in 48 hours. He charges 275 dollars per report.

Impossible. The ATO do not promote companies.

I'm surprised that DIY thing is still around. I believe the AIQS were pretty unimpressed by it.

I always think that it's best practice where possible for someone qualified to visit a property and for that person to cost the structure and Assets - unless the costs are known to the owner. Sending a qualified person to site is really the only way to adequately answer questions after clients receive their Schedules.

Of course, sending a QS/Estimator to site costs more.
