Quantity Surveyor that serve Rutherford (2320) area?

Aloha SS'ers,

Anyone know a good Quantity Surveyor that service Rutherford area? Looking to have one done for the recently purchased IP. It's a 40 years old house, so I'm not looking for significant depreciation, but will want the scraping schedule for upcoming renovation (in 6 months time or so).
