I'd give DEPpro a try, I use them in Queensland and have found the service and reports very good.

Deppro are QLD based. I was very happy with what they did for me in QLD. However, their two Sydney reports were the worst and second worst reports my accountant has ever seen. E.g. the cost of building will not cover half the cost of bricks. 80% land value for a unit in a block of 60. All attempts to discuss their reports with them revealed that they did not understand what quantity surveying was.

Would recommend them in QLD, but not anywhere else.

I have used Deppro twice now in Melb & found them to be good & not overly expensive ($440 for each house)... URL as per Phil's response...

I've just called Deppro and they told me it's $550. I asked how come, if someone I know had their report done for $440 and they said it was $440 one month ago. Any other qs's?
