I know where he is coming from. Sales people can do it to customers as much as the other way around and you guys are trying to act as if it doesn't happen.
It is in reaction to it happening from so called professionals in the real estate industry, who obviously do it on purpose rather than by being blundering beginners which could actually be the case for the buyer, that Giddyup was making his/her post, not out of the blue in a show of one upmahsip
Asking a question which the agent doesn't know the answer too but should and has to go to a bit of trouble to find out is not wasting their time, it is due dilligence, but this does not stop the sales person complaining that you are wasting their time - don't know about you but that annoys me.
