Re-painting Anodised Security door

I currently have a green-colour anodised security door (and a window security grate, pic attached). I am contemplating changing some of the external colours of the property which might mean changing from the green.

Is this possible? Who would normally do this?

I have done this buzz with great success.
I bought very good quality paint from an specialits panel and paint shop. They mainly do vehicle paints. Once we chose the colour, they then made it up into spray cans for me. About $20.00 a can, 1 can is heaps cos you have to do a few fine coats, oh and remove the door from the hinges then the fly fly wire.
I also painted a couple of security screens as well.
Take your time prepare well, practice on some cardboard to get a nice even spray and pay for quality paint. Its worth it.

Take the doors and window grilles to a powder coaters.

They will all do work for security screen companies and now exactly how to do it.

There are 80 odd powder coat colours to choose from :)

Our guy charges around $40 for a door.

Good Luck

Powder coating is not the same as anodizing.

If living near salt air, powdercoating blisters off of Aluminium badly, where as anodising is unaffected.
