re-stumping, what does the guarantee include?

Doing renovation in Melbourne.
Got quotes of re-stumping states "15 years guarantee"
was wondering what clauses should be included?

will they guarantee the stump will support and keep the floor level for 15 years?

will they guarantee if the floor is not level,they will come back and re-level the floor for free?

will they guarantee if any damages was caused by re-stumping such as cracks on the wall, or door frame out of shape, they will compensate the cost of repairing?

I'd be more worried whether or not they'll still be around in 15 years time

Why not ask the person who quoted. If you ask them via email, you will get an answer via email. Hang onto that email, print it out and file it.

I'm currently restumping my ip. Worse job ever. Dirty, hard, back breaking, dirty and dirty. What ever you got quoted give them double, they deserve it!

The guys restumped my IP said that they can do lifetime guarantee. Once the concrete stumps is in its spot, it is very rare to have any issue. The level is very hard to determine after floor finish by another layer on top of floorboard. In worst case scenario, they just come and pack up the bearers.
