OK - Here's a Christmas present for y'all from the Puppeteer.
A little spreadsheet that calculates you're Gross Rental Fee, that takes account of all of those little extra's.
A few notes.
It assumes that 1 weeks rental fee is subtracted from the letting fee to account for the portion of the fee paid by the tenant.
The letting fee is calculated based on the length of the lease. It is set to a 6 month lease by default. To see the effect of getting new tenants after 6 months, increase the number of tenants to "2".
The rest should be pretty self explanatory, but if y'all have any questions, post them in this thread, and I'll answer them for you.
