She manages two of my IPs and I have found her to be a great PM. I have had some bad ones in the past so know what they are like.

I live in Sydney but have IPs in Eagleby so need a good PM. I liked her the moment I spoke to her, she calls a Spade a Spade - which I like. Also she disburses the rent twice a month, her rates are good and she is always honest and upfront.
