Referal for building inspector in seaford/carrum?

Hi everyone, just had a look through a house yesterday that has been vacant for some time that we were interested in, and were planning on getting a building/pest inspection done before we put in an offer as i saw suggested on this forum, so we could have more negotiating power.

Can anyone recommend a good building inspector around the seaford/ carrum area? Or even PM me ones that you have had trouble with o i know to stay clear of.

Damien Barr from Victorian House Inspections has done a few for me and always been very plesant and informative. He's a registered builder and has offered some good reno advice too. Highly recommended!
